Homemade biscuits

image

Raw materials:

  • 120g smooth spelled flour
  • 50g coconut sugar
  • 4 eggs

Process:

Their preparation is very simple, it is only necessary to estimate the correct consistency of the journey. So nicely. First, separate the egg yolks from the whites. Whites and pinch of salt, we whip the fluffy snow. Gradually we add sugar to it, whipping it all the time. This can take some time, so be patient with patience. After about 10 minutes, we reduce the speed and add egg yolks one by one. Spelled flour is hand-rolled in pieces by hand. Once the dough is smooth, lay it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. It is very important to leave the biscuits on the plate for a while. Then put them in the oven, which is preheated to about 160 ° C and bake for about 15 minutes. As soon as our sponge biscuits are baked, we pull them out of the oven and let them stand, ideally the next day. From this quantity we have 2 large sheets, which should correspond to about 160g of sponge cake, or 80th piece (depending on their size).

Recipe for traditional Horalky in fitness version with peanut butter / GymBeam

image

Who wouldn't like Horalky? We have prepared this traditional sweet treat for you in the fitness version to be enjoyed by athletes. Our mini Horals are delicious as the original, but they contain less calories and more protein. In addition, you need only 4 ingredients to prepare them. Try them too! But beware, they cause a sweet addiction.

We need:

  • 170g dark chocolate
  • 110g peanut butter
  • 4 cake wafers (86g)
  • 15g peanuts

Process:

Spread two wafers with peanut butter, use about 50 g of peanut butter per wafer. Melt the chocolate in a water bath together with 10 g of peanut butter. Mix the peanuts into flour and mix them with melted chocolate. Prepare the chocolate mixture on the third wafer. Then we put all the wafers on ourselves, first the peanut wafers, then the chocolate wafers and the peanuts again. Place the fourth wafer without topping on top.

We will put heavy burdens on, we can use, for example, rough books, and put them in the refrigerator to solidify them. After a few hours, we take them out of the refrigerator and cut them into 22 mini Horalky. Wrap the edges in melted chocolate with a small amount of coconut oil and solidify again in the refrigerator. Bon appetite!
