The application was originally designed for a bachelor's thesis. The main topic was the generation of healthy tailor-made menus. The creation continued in the form of leisure activities and many modules and auxiliary functions in the area of a healthy lifestyle were added to the application, which I started to use on a daily basis. At the moment, the application has reached the stage of a diploma thesis, which should result in many other great functions. My name is Dávid Pavličko and welcome to my website!

  • Based on the rights, you can also contribute and add your experiences, tips, recipes, or missing foods, whose meals and thus improve, not only the information content of the site, but also interfere in the generation of individual meal schedules, which may also include your meals.

    • If you want to lose weight, the application hints you to eat less if you report a lot of food in your nutrition days. Or on the other hand It hints you to eat more If you want to gain some weight.
    • Application remembers your eating habits. It prefill the inputs of how many grams you eat for every food which you ever tracked.

  • Did my algorithm generated food that you don't like? Easily replace it with another one with a similar number of kilocalories with one click.

  • Do you like to use "My nutrition"? You can immediately track your diet and record all foods with one click.

  • A registered user can literally learn my algorithm to know what you really like and thus prefer the choice of dishes to your custom-made meal schedule. This functionality is still under development.

  • Training day is quite similar to nutrition. However there is high impact to details of reported sport activities.

    • Track your everyday training with a lot of details and additional notes for you to become better you every next day.
    • The manager of all the activities you have recorded so far will help you in everything you need to know.
    • You can track for example progress of your gym trainings, how many reps, sets and weight you lift. How long you run, how many kilocalories you burn and more...
